Our Story
At Shelter Improvements LLC, we are dedicated to providing top-quality roofing services to our clients.
Prior to starting the business, I enjoyed a successful career of over 20 years handling homeowner claims for Insurance Companies. This gained knowledge and experience has proven beneficial to my customers. Having inspected thousands of roofs, I know what is needed to provide you with a superior roof job.
We are able to accurately evaluate damage as it relates to insurance coverage and, when such coverage applies, properly communicate these findings with the insurance company to get the claim approved.
If your damage does not qualify for insurance, we can handle those repairs or replacements too.
Why choose us?....most roofing salesmen that show up at your door claim they "work with insurance companies all the time", but after the insurance adjuster comes out and denies your roof, they don't have a clue how to proceed.
